Mark is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 30 years’ experience across land development, infrastructure, and stormwater management.
He founded Civil Focus in 2022 to provide practical civil engineering advice, clear project direction, and reliable delivery. Mark supports clients through feasibility, consenting, design review, construction advice, and complex stormwater matters.

Jekabs is a Chartered Professional Engineer and founding member of Civil Focus, providing senior civil engineering input across land development, infrastructure, stormwater, consenting, and construction phase delivery.
He works closely with developers, planners, architects, contractors, and Council reviewers to resolve infrastructure constraints, coordinate project teams, and keep projects moving from feasibility through to consent, design, construction, and final compliance.

Ross is a senior civil engineer and Registered Professional Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience across land development, civil infrastructure, construction management, and engineering design.
He has worked on major civil, roading, rail, residential, commercial, and industrial projects in New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Ross supports projects from feasibility and resource consent through detailed design, contract administration, construction monitoring, and final compliance
